–IMPORTANT NOTICE–
As of June 7, 2021, you must get a daily vehicle permit in advance to guarantee your day use spot at the Sandbanks Provincial Park. You will not be able to go into the Park until you have a vehicle permit. Please visit https://www.ontarioparks.com/park/sandbanks to get your permit.
All Camp and Trailer Sites rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 children below the age of 13 and 1 Vehicle.
All Cottages/Cabins rates are based on # of Guest, # Vehicles based on # of Rooms.
Sunday to Saturday Minimum 2 Day Rental.
Cabin/Cottage 5-9 are 3 bedrooms. Cabin/Cottage 3-8 are on the waterfront.
Cabin 5 is renovated 2019. Cottage 8 and 9 are new construction with drywall interiors.
Cabin 1-7 are original cabins renovated with 3-piece bath and modern kitchens.

Campsites & Trailer Sites Rates
Non-electrical with tent $60 per night, with trailer (no connection $65 per night).
Should there be a discrepancy between the information on the website and our booking system. Then the website information shall be deemed correct.
Other Cost
$85 Clean up fee (non-refundable) for the 2 bedrooms and 3-bedroom cottages/cabins and $65 For trailer rentals. (This must be purchased under EXTRAS) You will be charged on check-in along with any extra unregistered guests, cars or boats and jet skis.
$20 Clean Up deposit for Campsites. You will get his back if you leave it the way you found it. This is collected on Check-In and given back on Check-Out
Cottages: Each cottage can accommodate extra two people (beyond the cottage maximum occupancy) at an additional fee of $20/night or $80/week for each extra person.
Check-In: 3pm – 9pm
Early Check in fee: $10/per hour for every hour before 3pm.
Late Check in fee: $15/per hour for every hour after 9pm.
Check-Out: 11am
Late check out fee: $10/per hour after 11am to 4pm depending on the next booking.
Day Visitor Fee: $15/person – All visitors must register at the office and leave by 10pm otherwise it will result in an additional person charge on your rental agreement.
Extra vehicle Rates: Parking Rate is $10/per stay. Speed limit of 5 km.
BBQ Grill Rental for cottage rentals: $20/per stay and must be returned cleaned and ready for the next customer.
($40 cleaning deposit). You will be charged $60 in total, upon check out, your $40 deposit will be returned. First come first Serve.
Pets: No animals in the cottages or campsites due to allergies except for Guide Dogs.
Garbage fee: $5.98 garbage fee for each stay.
Motorboat Charge per day: Motorboats Are not permitted to be tied to any Docks. Boat trailers are to be parked on your site or in the overflow. $10.00 and unlimited use of property boat ramp. There are 2 public boat ramps on East Lake.
Terms & Conditions
Bookings must be paid in FULL at time of reservation (credit card required – Visa, Mastercard, or call for Interac Payment). Refund policy below.
Failure to exit on time will result in a late check out fee.
Cottages are to be left as you found them. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning charge.
Damage caused to the cottages, appliances, furniture, or items are missing from cottages, charges will be processed to your credit card given upon reservation.
Quiet time is from 11:30pm to 8am. Weekend and especially long weekends tend to be noisy. We do our best to make the stay enjoyable for everyone. If you are looking for a totally quiet stay free of children laughing or music during the permitted hours, then this is not the vacation property for you.
Only flashlights, low wattage battery operated lanterns, propane lanterns allowed during quiet time 10pm to 10am on the campground including the decks of cottages. IF we can see the light bulb then its too bright.
All fires must be attended to by and adult, extinguished at the end of every evening and must only be in a fire pit.
Do not move picnic tables and fire pits.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in all public spaces, especially the waterfront.
All alcoholic beverages must be consumed in your private campsite, trailer site or cottage. No open Alcohol on the public grounds.
All garbage must be in the supplied garbage bag and must be put into the garbage bin before nighttime always.
Do Not leave on the site as animals will break into it. You will be charged a clean up fee.
Payments
Payments by cash, PayPal, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard – a charge of 3%.
A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a change equal to CAD 50 per unit booked will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charge.
Refund Policy
All bookings must be paid in full at booking time.
There is no refund for bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to booking time (for example, you booked for June 30th and cancel on June 15th) and are subject to the following fees: $25 fee for Campsites and $50 for Cottages/Cabins.
